Preliminary Terms and Conditions:
To obtain a Concealed Carry License in Illinois you must attend a 16 hour in person class while in possession of a valid State of Illinois I.D. Fingerprints (optional) and Illinois State Police License Fees are not included in the cost of class.
For CCL Classes, at least 6 students are required to participate - No more than 16 students per class (all bookings are on a first come first serve basis and we try to update the post on our website when class is fully booked for a specified date). For Intro Classes, a minimum of 5 students and a max of 12 are required.
Cancellation requires at least 48 hours prior notice in order to reschedule. Any class cancelled with less than 24 hours prior notice (or no no call no show) will not be rescheduled. If you have had an emergency, we will try to work with you.
All students and guests are required to comply with all safety, personal conduct and other policies of Instinctive Firearms Training not necessarily mentioned in this preliminary online agreement. The failure to comply may result in eviction from the premises, forfeiture of fees for the course then in progress, and/or personal liability for any damages suffered.
Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (no exceptions). If you are fearful of catching a cold, the flu, COVID-19, being run over by a bus or struck by a meteor, please stay at home until you are comfortable with being in a classroom with other people. Some Instructors and or students may not be masked at all times for various reasons. You must bring your own face covering, hand sanitizer, pen and notepad.
This course will provide an understanding for the law-abiding citizen right to self-defense.
**Non refundable registration fees must be made to save your spot in the class. You may change the date once without needing to repay provided you give at least a 48 hour notice. There are NO REFUNDS and all sales are FINAL unless the class is cancelled by the instructor.
Further Consent:
I agree that this is only a preliminary agreement and acknowledge there are other risks involved in taking a firearms class. This furthermore constitutes as a release of liability, waiver, indemnification, hold harmless, and assumption of the risk agreement releasing Instinctive Firearms Training and any instructional staff and property owners from any responsibility for any injury that may be sustained during the training.
